All content on the AppleSmart website and learning platforms is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website design, layout, and branding
  • Logos, icons, graphics, and digital assets
  • Course structures, lesson designs, and instructional content
  • Educational videos and AppleSmart class recordings (official recordings)
  • Worksheets, assessments, assignments, and learning resources
  • Written content, downloadable files, and platform materials

1) Ownership of AppleSmart Content

Unless otherwise stated, all original content created and provided by AppleSmart is owned by AppleSmart and is protected by applicable laws.


2) Permitted Educational Use

Registered students and enrolled families may use AppleSmart materials only for:

  • Personal educational use
  • Participation in AppleSmart programs and coursework

3) Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly post AppleSmart materials
  • Upload AppleSmart materials to other websites, platforms, or social media
  • Resell, share, or transfer AppleSmart content to non-enrolled users
  • Modify, republish, or repurpose AppleSmart resources without permission
  • Use AppleSmart branding for any commercial purpose

4) Third-Party Content Notice

AppleSmart may reference or utilize third-party textbooks, articles, videos, question banks, or educational resources strictly for instructional purposes. All third-party titles, trademarks, and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective authors, publishers, or rights holders.

AppleSmart does not claim ownership over third-party materials. Such materials are used under applicable licensing, permission, or fair use principles (where applicable) for teaching, commentary, and academic study.


5) Teacher Lesson Design and Resource Selection (Scope of Responsibility)

AppleSmart programs may be designed and delivered by different teachers based on subject expertise, student level, and learning goals. AppleSmart respects each teacher’s professional teaching plan, instructional approach, and reasonable selection of educational resources.

AppleSmart requires teachers to follow basic compliance standards and intellectual property principles. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, if an individual teacher improperly uses third-party materials without authorization, such action is the responsibility of the teacher or the relevant rights-bearing party. AppleSmart shall not be responsible for direct legal consequences arising solely from such individual misconduct.

If AppleSmart receives a valid infringement notice or identifies a compliance risk, AppleSmart may take appropriate actions, including content removal, material replacement, course adjustment, or termination of cooperation, in order to protect students and the school.


6) Reporting Misuse or Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been used improperly on AppleSmart platforms, or if AppleSmart content has been misused elsewhere, please contact us through the Contact page. AppleSmart will review and respond appropriately.
